System Design
A system designed around the way you live, when you book a free no obligation quotation, our consultant will not only demonstrate the advanced security of the 21st Century HomeGuard House Alarm, he will also perform a short survey of your property, discussing the use of each room or area, and recommending the best type of detector for the Area.
The consultant will also ask you about your individual alarm and CCTV needs such as:
- Pets
- Young Children
- Day and Nighttime use of the alarm.
- Including Garages and Out houses.
- After sales service.
- Maintenance packages for continued year after year use.
- Any other concerns you may have.
The Alarm Plan
During the Quotation, our consultant ask you questions about how you plan to use the Alarm System, and design a system to meet your requirements.
Once you are happy with the design and of course the price. The next stage is to book in the installation. Usually a system can be installed within a 2 - 3 days, or when it is convenient for you. We will only ask for payment once the system is fully fitted and functional, and you are happy with the system.
The Installation
Our engineer will attend your premises at the date and time agreed, if he is going to be late he will call before hand just to let you know, the installation will take between 2-4 hours, the installer will install the control panel 1st, then the live bell box, followed by the decoy bell box, then he will install the wireless detectors and give the system a test, during this period he will fine tune the detectors, test the live bell box, and generally insure the alarm system is in pristine condition.

Once the engineer has installed the system, he will then give instruction on how to use the system, and program the alarm to the user specification.
Finally once the system is fitted and the customer is happy with the installation, payment can be made to the engineer, who will supply a receipt and the guarantee.
